Attend one of the FREE CrossFit SIEGE classes which are offered on the weekends. Times are listed in the SCHEDULE section.
STEP 2: BECOME A MEMBER OF OUR COMMUNITY
Join the Fitness Revolution and become a member with one of our non-binding (NO CONTRACTS) or Pre-Paid membership options. We offer different packages that include simple Monthly Membership, 6-Month Pre-paid Membership, 12 Month Pre-paid Membership that are designed to save you money. Also ask about our special rates for Military, Law Enforcement, Fire-Rescue, and Teachers. Corresponding identification will need to be provided to qualify for the special rate(s). STEP 3: COMPLETE THE 101 CLASS
Complete our 101 class which is our beginner’s class that is designed to prepare you for the CrossFit movements performed in our regular daily CrossFit workouts (WOD). Moreover, you will learn the origins and core philosophy of CrossFit. Attendance for the 101 class is mandatory and essential in obtaining the skills necessary to do well in our daily CrossFit workouts (WOD). Movement techniques will be taught and drilled, as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our WOD’s.
STEP 4: WELCOME TO THE CROSSFIT SIEGE TEAM
Once you complete the 5-day 101 class, NOW you’re ready for your daily WOD (Workout of the Day), which are updated daily on this website’s homepage. At this point you will experience the most complete and intense workout that you have ever been part of. You will compete against your peers, against the clock, and obtain an endless drive to reach your personal goals and standards. Lastly, you will build strong relationships with your peers as the environment that you will be part of is one of motivation, encouragement, and tough love. Classes typically run as follow (please do everything you can to show up on time!)
Group WOD Class 1 Hour Breakdown:
- 0-5 minutes – general warm-up
- 5-15 minutes – WOD specific warm-up/skill instruction
- 15-45 minutes – daily WOD
- 45-60 minutes – cool down
