Our goes out to !!! This busy ️ Soccer Mom, WODs 4/5 days a week at 5am and managed to make her nutrition a priority during the Holiday season. Ann lost 3.8lbs, gained 1lb of lean muscle & lost 4.4% Body Fat with a total loss of 4.9lbs of fat. Congrats on your results Ann. Keep up the good work.
