Awesome 🏼 🏼 🏼 job to ‍⚕️ in exactly 4 weeks she’s crushing her nutrition. To some nutrition may have taken a temporary back seat as we are all adapting to social distancing, new work schedules, home schooling etc. All okay and totally understandable. But it’s also why Joanne’s results are so admirable. She’s a full time Nurse during a very hectic time for healthcare providers. Joanne’s results… she’s lost 5.6lbs, gained +1.3lbs of lean muscle mass (home WODs), down 4%. Body Fat & lost 1in off her waist. up! to when “Social Distance” was non-existent . To say we miss our would be an understatement. We too are counting down the days till we can see you, Coach, WOD & be social again. lets give it up 🏼 🏼 🏼 for our amazing community from both & Members, Coaching staff, Owners & of course our Mascot . It’s been a tough two weeks for a lot of us with so many changes & uncertainty. However, we’ve adapted & taken on these new challenges as only would TOGETHER!!! No amount of social distancing could ever get between our #SiegeFam! We love & appreciate your unconditional support & are always humbled by your kindness & generosity. Thank you! You prove time & time again why We miss you all so much. As our Zoom classes grow by the day we are filled with hope that everything will be okay. Keep that energy. Keep logging in & keep checking up on one another. Happy Friday Here’s our member & . JT has been a member of Our since August of 2012 (definitely a master ) JT started CrossFit because he wanted to be in shape overall. At that time he had lost weight and wanted to gain lean muscle without going through basic gym routines since he has never been a “gym rat”. JT’s favorite movement or lift is Clean & Jerks and pull ups! JT’s biggest accomplishment in 2019 is…. having fun! 2019 has been the year he’s enjoyed the most . When asked what he loves most about Siege? “Definitely, the COMMUNITY!!! I have developed so many great relationships that without a doubt I consider Siege my fam away from home. “ Awesome job JT , we are all proud of you, your effort & growth over almost 8 years. But mostly for being a great Box-mate & partner in any team WOD. Keep pushing yourself & those around you to be their best. WODs :)
