There is something so sweet about watching our athletes transform from being terrified at the thought of a 5K to eventually doing one for fun🏻‍♀️, to being a badass . Thanks for bringing lil Vale by to meet the #SiegeFam. We are so happy for you. You have reached the PR of your lifetime. To bring your baby girl to WOD w you at Siege some day. And here she is!!! It’s been a long, tough, sometimes scary road for you girls to get to this point but we couldn’t be happier for you & your family . Need some on this rainy day 🌧 ️ Here’s .chew & with some amazing results from our 6 Week Challenge. .chew lost a total of 13.8lbs, & 6.5% Body Fat while maintaining her muscle. lost 4.8lbs, 3.9% Body Fat & Gained 1lb of Muscle 🏼!!!! Awesome job to all of who participated in Our 6 week Challenge. Overall, (55 athletes) lost over 300lbs, 98% lost Fat, with an average of 1.1 inches down (waist) and GAINZ of about 3.3lbs of LEAN Muscle 🏼 🏼 🏼!!!! We are so proud of all your effort & hard work.
