Awesome 🏼 🏼 🏼 job to ‍⚕️ in exactly 4 weeks she’s crushing her nutrition. To some nutrition may have taken a temporary back seat as we are all adapting to social distancing, new work schedules, home schooling etc. All okay and totally understandable. But it’s also why Joanne’s results are so admirable. She’s a full time Nurse during a very hectic time for healthcare providers. Joanne’s results… she’s lost 5.6lbs, gained +1.3lbs of lean muscle mass (home WODs), down 4%. Body Fat & lost 1in off her waist. up!
