Happy Monday !!!Here’s member Mike, started CrossFit because he needed to get back in shape after taking some years off of making fitness a priority. He use to enjoy working out and lost that drive due to life happening and other priorities taking over. After being at Siege, he got that fire back and didn’t want to let go of it again. The location is right across the street from his house & the flexible hours eliminated all the excuses he’d made in the past… Both Mike & his wife have been members of Siege for a little over 1.5 years. His favorite movement Burpees… NOT A CHANCE. Back Squat or Deadlift. In 2019 Mike is most proud of his Consistency. Mike has worked fitness back into his daily routine and now finds it hard to live without. With consistency, all of the rest has fallen into place. Mike has improved in all areas of fitness & health since joining our . Overall he’s in better shape, stronger, and leaner than when he started. In just a short time at Siege he still surprises himself setting regular PR’s and pushing himself harder every day. What Mikes loves most about CF Siege is… “The coaches, the culture, and the location. Additionally, it’s the complete package since Nutrition was incorporated as well.” -Mike Awesome job Saka!!! It was evident since your Free Class that you & Fio were “All In” and we couldn’t be happier with your progress & growth in your time w us. Looking forward to many more PR’s & Burpees in your future.

to this amazing Lady… .ng Bonnie is 41 years young (today ) a Mother of two, a wife, works a full time job, is a meal prep boss and a Breast Cancer Survivor . Bonnie works out at 5am 4/5 days a week. In just 4 weeks of Bonnie is crushing her Goals for 2020. Her dedication has paid off. She’s lost 8.6lbs, down 2.2% Body Fat & lost 1.5 inches off her waist. All with nothing but gratitude & a smile. Incredible job Bonnie. You inspire and motivate everyone who has the pleasure of knowing you. Keep up the good work. You are the sunshine ️ that lights up that 5am class.

with ・・・ A day in the life of “Mig’s Macros” 😬. I often get asked by our members what I eat? So, here’s what a typical day looks like for me. It’s important to keep in mind… I’ve been logging macros in MyFitPal & weighing my food for a lil over 4 years. It’s not for everyone & most of us don’t have to be super strict with it but it’s definitely helped keep me consistent & accountable. Also, 🏻‍♀️ My Calories/Macros have changed a lot over that time. As they should depending on how I feel & my current goals. Over the past year of coaching nutrition, I now understand that Nutrition really isn’t complicated but every athlete is different & it’s my job to help guide them to success. Perfection is definitely not the approach that helped me or my nutrition clients. But it ultimately comes down to consistency & practice. I eat it ALL yes, even the occasional ! The key is finding a balance that works for you & knowing that mistakes will happen but slow & steady progress is where long life habits happen.
