Our goes out to our 5am’er In just 5 months of Paul has lost 11.7lbs, gained 3.1lbs of lean muscle, down 4.7% body fat & dropped almost 5 inches off his waist. Our goes out to !!! This busy ️ Soccer Mom, WODs 4/5 days a week at 5am and managed to make her nutrition a priority during the Holiday season.
